Bean and avocado burrito

Here’s quick and easy favorite of mine that’s also healthy. My family and I love bean and cheese burritos but the regular version is anything but healthy. My version is gluten and dairy free. All you need is a brown rice tortilla (trader joes), a can of pinto beans and 1/2 an avocado. The yummy avocado makes you not even miss the cheese. Enjoy!
