Green Mango and Banana Smoothie

Hi Friends

Here’s another yummy smoothie for you to try. It’s Vegan and perfect after a workout.

I like to throw in some hempseeds too. They are an excellent source of Omegas 3 and 6.

Ingredients:

Handful of Spinach
1 frozen Banana
Frozen Mango
Almond Milk
1 scoop of Sun Warrior Vanilla Protein
Spoonful of Manitoba Harvest Hempseeds (Optional)

Blend and Enjoy!
