Lunch at Green Bliss

Hey There,

How’s it going? I have been meaning to share these pictures all week and today is the first time I had a chance to sit down at my computer.

Since last week was my birthday, my sweet friend Nichole took me to lunch on Saturday. She asked where I wanted to go and I chose this little place called Green Bliss. I have been wanting to try it for a while since it is very vegan and vegetarian friendly. It was delightful 🙂 Continue reading

Hi There,

How are you today?

Its official, I am now a mom to a sixteen year old. Can you believe that? It’s still sinking in. It kind of makes me old but at the same time not old enough. Most of the time I don’t feel old enough for all this teenage stuff because to be honest I don’t feel that mature myself which is kind of cool because I can be young and silly with my kids. That’s one advantage of having kids young. Sometimes my kids call me weird when I dance and say silly things but at least they’ll remember me being fun and not old and boring. 🙂 Continue reading

Two Days without kids


How was your fourth of July?

For the first time ever, my kids went to visit my mom for a couple of days this week. I was a little hesitant being that my son has never been away from me for more than one night. My daughter on the other hand regularly sleeps over her friends houses. You know teenagers. Anyhow, my mom asked if they can come stay for a couple of days and I said ok because they have been on summer vacation for a month now and I figured a little time away would be nice. I hope you are enjoying this day of freedom we are so blessed to have. Summer is my favorite time of year for so many reasons. For starters, the warm weather.
