Hello There and Happy Spring
Yes I’m a month late but here in California we don’t exactly have 4 seasons. In the last month, we’ve had a little dose of spring, summer and winter.
I made this yummy smoothie on one of our warmer days recently and it really tasted like summer. Seriously.
1 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/2 frozen banana
3/4-1 cup of frozen pineapple
Handful of spinach
1 scoop of sunwarrrior protein ( I use it after my workouts)
Blend and enjoy!
