Easy Roasted Asparagus

How is your week going? A while back I had some asparagus at in my laws for dinner and I really liked it so I asked my mother in law how she made it and she said she simply made it with olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper and roasted in the oven. Green Banana and Peanut Butter Smoothie

This smoothie is beyond delicious. With peanut butter and banana you don’t even taste the spinach

I always have a smoothie after my workouts but I never want it boring. I like to think of it as a little treat after 🙂

Ingredients:

Handful of Spinach
1 Frozen Banana
1 Tbs of Peanut Butter
1 scoop of Sun Warrior Protein Vanilla
Almond milk

Blend and Enjoy!
